Targatis is AERA’s sole internal reporting channel and therefore the preferred means for reporting any acts or omissions that may constitute a criminal offence, a serious or very serious administrative offence, or a breach of European Union law, in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Targatis guarantees the anonymity and confidentiality of the whistleblower. AERA has implemented a management procedure based on the essential principles of objectivity, impartiality, independence, whistleblower protection, transparency, and compliance with the law.
