We took part in the 7th Training and Talent Day of , where students had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the opportunities and in-demand profiles in the aerospace and aeronautical sector.
As part of the ECO-AERO project, a roundtable on people and talent was held with:
- Andrés Catalán – Secretary General of PAE
- Adrián Lafuente – Talent Director at the Fersa Group
- Raúl Millán – Director of Companies and Institutions at Grupo San Valero
- Alejandro Ibrahim – Director of Teruel Airport and President of AERA
The roundtable, titled “Talent VS Need in the aeronautical, aerospace and defence sector, highlighted innovation, sustainability and talent development as key pillars for the future of these industries.
It was an inspiring day that brought education and business closer together, promoting employability and professional growth for young people. The project’s stand, which was also part of the event, welcomed over 500 students from various intermediante and advanced programs related to the sector.
